Pleasant

Another day of cool breezes, toasty sunlight and lazy, silvery clouds. I could get used to this, if it were going to last. Some of the roses are worse for the recent rain, their petals all brown and wrinkly. There were some standing pools of water in the yard that had to be dealt with, too, to prevent the breeding of mosquitoes. But on the whole, it has been a pleasant day. I'm not sure that tomorrow will be pleasant, though. I have an appointment with the dentist, who is going to be checking out the soft spot on a molar's root that the hygienist noticed on my last visit. Soft spots on roots can't be good. So, I'll be doing some relaxation exercises tonight to get in the calmest state possible.

Oh, the cat is demanding to be fed, and I need to use the last of the daylight to get some things done outdoors.
