Whoosh!

It's amazing how hard the wind has been blowing. I'm surprised we haven't had a power outage. Surely, with the ground as wet as it is, and all the trees about with their inclination to topple onto adjacent utility lines, the odds are very good that we will have one. But thus far we haven't even lost cable TV service. It's failure to fail is an unprecedented event (Comcast, you know.) I like to imagine that the wind is blowing away the residue of 2003. If that's what it is doing, we probably have a few more days of it ahead. It's a big job!
