Stop the Clock!

I'm getting to sleep a little bit later each day. This erosion is distressing. I've gone through this before, and it isn't pleasant. Eventually, I may have to do the stay-up-all-day thing to re-set my internal clock. That fix doesn't always last, though. Rats! There are few things I find as annoying as disruptions to my schedule. Puts me in a surly mood, it does. Anybody know how to slow the rotation of the Earth? All I need is a couple of extra hours added to one night. Is that too much to ask? Why isn't the universe under my control? Obviously, there's been a mistake.
