Flash Me, Perseus!

I saw no meteors tonight. Not one! I did enjoy lying outdoors with the full moon frosting the pine trees, though. I'm fairly certain I got no tick bites this time. I do have a blister forming where I splashed hot olive oil on myself while cooking. Henceforth, I shall refer to it as my old sauteing injury. I'm a bit disappointed about the meteors, and hope that this coming night will bring a few. That moon will still be awfully bright, though. I might have to wait until the chilly Leonids to see anything this year. Another reason to be very cross with 2003.
