Spam, Spam, Spam, Spam....

After ignoring them for several days, I went to empty out my two on-line mailboxes. Along with flabbergasting amounts of spam to be deleted, (my penis is not in need of enlargement and remains fully functional, thank you) there were a bunch of e-mails from the New York Times with stuff that looked interesting, so I started clicking on links and then e-mailing the articles to my main in-box (the one that keeps stuff on my hard drive) and when I'd finished, and fetched the mail, there were thirty-eight articles! Well, that will keep me busy for a while. I knew I should have taken one of those speed reading courses. For some reason, it always takes me longer to read stuff on the computer monitor than it does to read stuff on paper. Monitors have a soporific effect on me.

Anyway, that squandered most of the night. Um, something else. Oh, right. Thoughts on the war by Momus, link stolen from 33mhz. I won't quote from it. Just go look. W fans note: it might make you livid. (I just this moment realized what else that letter can represent.) Also, I hate my new schedule. I don't like being up this late. Too bad monitors aren't more soporific.
