Reset Sixteen, Day Five

Saturday brought sprinkles and sunshine and more weird sleep patterns. I woke up fairly early then managed to stay awake for some fourteen hours before collapsing and sleeping again until three o'clock this morning. I spent the next hour in bed, trying to remember things, but I can't remember what I remembered, or imagined I remembered, or simply imagined. I finally got up at four and looked outside to find soft rain falling. It's falling still. The outdoors doesn't feel as cold as it has on recent nights, but the apartment feels chillier. I'd stay outside longer, but there's nothing dry to sit on out there.

The lights look better at night when it is rainy and there are reflections everywhere. It makes me a bit sad that daylight is arriving now. That's pretty much the only observation I can make right now. Detaching from reality, bit by bit. Later it's supposed to rain harder. I might still be around when night falls again.
