Reset Fourteen, Day Nineteen

Wednesday turned into another nap evening, though at a later hour than last time. I slept from about half past nine until half past one Thursday morning. As I awoke feeling a bit queasy I didn't eat anything until almost five o'clock, when I warmed up some leftover beans. It's quite late now, and I hear the birds singing and the light is growing outdoors. It might be difficult to get back to sleep. I made out a shopping list. The sale items were a bit disappointing, but I need to go to the bank, so I'll go to a couple of stores as well.

I also have another low-grade headache, most likely due to my unadjusted neck, which is a bit creaky again. I'm hoping to feel better Friday so I can bank and shop without too much discomfort. If I manage to get to Safeway there will be a pumpkin pie. I'll have to make room for it in the refrigerator, which might not be easy. Some stuff will have to be tossed out. But pie.

Now I'm going to try to go to sleep again before it gets even brighter out. Wish I had heavy drapes in the bedroom instead of those leaky vertical blinds.
