Bonus Entry: Dream

Around eleven o'clock this morning I woke from a second sleep with fragments of a strange dream in my head. I wish I could remember more of it, but I do recall being in a California bungalow which, in the dream, I owned, and looking out the window to see a flock of llamas walking along the side street of the corner lot, then me going out to the front yard and seeing the llamas come into the yard from the other street, but they had turned into alpacas, which are smaller, and I was watching over a low wall along the house's front walk as they grazed, but I had grown smaller too and was a child. Then at the same time I was watching them I was back in the house as an adult watching television, and Trey Parker from the show South Park was being interviewed and, as a video of the same flock of alpacas grazing in my front yard was running on the television, he was telling the host that he was producing a Christmas show in which that flock of alpacas would be playing camels. That's when I woke up.

This is the most extensive collection of fragments from a dream I've remembered in a long time, and also the only recent dream which has left me more bemused than disturbed. I wish I remembered the beginning. But I'd really like to see that Christmas special. It would be interesting to find out how the makeup artists manage give alpacas camel humps. Too bad I don't have a television anymore.
