There was a very long unintentional nap this evening, which ended with me waking up after nightfall, thinking it was already very early tomorrow morning. The sense of temporal displacement is going to be hard to shake off tonight. Tomorrow the high temperature is supposed to be close to thirty degrees lower than it was today, and I don't know if that will shock me back into reality or make things seem even more out of whack.

The good news is that the rain prediction is back in effect, the stormlet being due Tuesday (though only a 52% chance) and consisting mostly of morning showers. If we get rain maybe it will wash the cobwebs out of my brain. Probably not, but I can hope. Right now, the cobwebs are obscuring everything. I'm going to go eat something, though probably not dinner. It actually feels rather like breakfast time. Maybe I'll make some grits and some chocolate milk.
