I went to sleep too early last night, then woke up too early this morning, then took an unintentional evening nap, so it's probably a good thing I don't have an appointment with the chiropractor tomorrow, even though I could use an adjustment.

The appointment I had last week got canceled due to transportation issues, and then a new one didn't get made, so it's been five weeks.If I get an appointment next week it will have been six eeks since an adjustment, so it's likely to be difficult, but at least there's a chance that my sleep schedule will be better then.

Wheelie bins are out, but dinner unmade. I'll probably end up microwaving a frozen burrito.

The next couple of days are supposed to get fairly cool, and then next weekend will bring highs in the eighties. The late spring instability is setting in. It will complement my schedule.
