We got lucky today and it stayed dry for my entire trip to the chiropractor and back. The adjustment feels like a success, too, and I'm considerably more comfortable than I've been for the last few weeks. The rain is supposed to be back after midnight, and is still predicted to continue off and on into Saturday, interspersed with periods of snow.
Another thing to be happy about is that one of the feral cats I hadn't seen since Sunday evening turned up again about half an hour ago. He's one who rarely leaves the back yard, so I was getting worried about him, especially since there has been so much rain. He isn't telling me where he's been, though. He just rubbed his face on my leg for a minute, ate something, and hopped into his cupboard for a nap.
There's no telling when I'll be napping again. I'll try watching television, which might put me to sleep. Maybe I'll wake up, maybe I won't. I'll probably wake up, though, because I have popcorn that I don't want to go to waste.
