Oh, the brief visits I make here these days! Another one of those busy weeks. I never know what might come up next. Less, I hope.

All weekend, the people from the end of the block were driving by hauling boats on trailers. Where do they find the time to use boats? I think my older brother still has a boat. I've never been on it. In fact, I've never been on a boat of any kind, other than the ferry that used to run between San Pedro and Terminal Island. And, oh yeah, the fake boats at Disneyland, but they run on underwater tracks, so I don't count them. When I was a kid, they still had a good-sized steamer that went to Catalina, but I never went there, either. Someday, I must arrange to go somewhere on a boat! Or, better yet, a ship! Yes, when I grow up, I will run away to sea. :-P

Next week, more time, I promise.

P.S. If you missed my last post, check out -Brad's new project. Something to be happy about.
