Rain is expected to hold off until tomorrow afternoon, but the chilly air is smelling damp already. The coldest day yet this year is due Thursday, and the nocturnal temperature will drop below freezing, so the possibility that the rain will turn into snow that night is still pretty good. Even if we get none here there is likely to be a bit at higher elevations, which will be good since there is practically no snowpack in the mountains yet.

But my brain tonight is like that sky that kept getting grayer all afternoon. The light passing through is pale, and makes everything look flat. I think I'll stop listening to YouTube videos and go watch Drunk History instead. I'm paying for cable, so I might as well watch it instead of just sleeping through it like I usually do.

I'm sure there was something else but I can't remember it. Oh well.
