Drat, it's well after one o'clock in the morning and I didn't have my dinner. I was watching something on television and fell asleep, and never got around to posting a journal entry. Shopping must have exhausted me more than I'd realized. The stores were total zoos, and it took at least half an hour longer than I was expecting, plus they were sold out of some stiff I'd intended to buy. Oh, holidays.
Now my brain is muddled with sleep and I'm confused. Waking up at night is so annoying. Should I fix my missed dinner, or should I make breakfast? Or should I just down a stiff drink and try to go back to sleep?
