Reset Thirty-Five, Day Thirty-Three

Oh dear, look at the hour. Saturday went a bit pear-shaped on me, and after waking up too early I also wore out fast, and not long after sunset couldn't keep my eyes open and ended up sleeping until after ten o'clock. Probably due to the unexpected fog that came in Friday night the days have been much cooler than predicted, and given the high humidity I've been feeling the chill. Instead of enjoying afternoons with open windows I've been huddling under Sherpa throws which I wear over my hoodie. I like the fog, but I think I'd have enjoyed those few mild days more.

The fog hasn't been quite as heavy tonight as it was last night, but I can still smell it in the air when I go outside, which I'm not doing very often or for long. The weather service fog warning is in effect until Monday morning, so I'm not expecting to see much sunlight, even if I'm awake in the daytime. The only sunny day coming up now is Tuesday, and next Thursday and Friday could even bring a bit more rain. I will try to channel my inner Shirley Manson. As for tonight, I hope I can get to sleep before sunrise.
