Reset Twenty, Day Thirty-Four

As the days get warmer, I grow more lethargic. I'm not sure what will happen Wednesday through next Monday, when we will get six days of triple digit highs, plus several warm nights. Perhaps I'll become comatose, which might be desirable. I almost became comatose Sunday evening, but it passed. I'm still very tired and I'm going to try to get to sleep early. I've been guzzling enormous amounts of water. We still have that, for the time being. It does not seem to be lubricating my brain very well, though. That is quite desiccated, and probably a fire hazard.

Outside it has finally gotten cooler than indoors, and I just turned the fan on. I'm going to sit in the back yard for a while before going to bed and trying to sleep in the draft. If I had a chaise lounge I'd try sleeping outside. I used to do that in Paradise now and then. It delighted the mosquitoes, I'm sure. They certainly feasted.

I should be hearing crickets by now, but I'm not. That's distressing.
