My sleep schedule is already broken again. I didn't get to sleep until around seven o'clock this morning, then woke up at three this afternoon. Tomorrow I have to go to the chiropractor to get my neck adjusted, so I must get some sleep tonight and then get up early enough tomorrow to get ready (waking up and getting ready takes at least two hours.) Maybe I'll get lucky again and go to sleep before five o'clock in the morning, but I'm not counting on it.

Oh, and I must remember to put the wheelie bin out tonight, as tomorrow is trash day. And I must remember to get the laundry out of the dryer. And to eat dinner, which I haven't gotten around to yet. This whole day has been compressed by my waking up so late. I hope I had some good dreams while oversleeping. I don't remember any, but if I did it would compensate a bit for the bother which has ensued.
