Tedious

A tedious day, but the weather was nice. The foxtails have gotten ahead of me, as the do every year, even though I put out two wheelie bins of yard waste tonight and foxtails were at least twenty percent of their volume. I curse the 16th century Spaniards for bringing them to this hemisphere. But then they probably didn't have the wits to realize what they were doing, riddled with the clap as they were. Okay, I forgive you, clap-happy 16th century Spaniards. But I still wish you'd stayed home.
