I got through the day with a minimum of neck-adjustment-related discomfort. Perfect spring weather didn't hurt. Even the pollen seemed to be less intense today, despite the ground being streaked with yellow from the pine trees. Of course, I spent a large part of the day flat on my back so as to keep from straining any of the moving parts. I might be a bit more active tomorrow and catch up with things.

Tonight I'm just watching the Best GIF Evar!, posted by scottobear. Spare the glass without spoiling the rod (or spare the rod without spoiling the glass.) If you watch it long enough you dissolve into the ether. That's what I need.
