Today did nothing to improve my sleep deficit, nor my diet. I have some uncompleted tasks I must get to before nightfall, so dinner will be late, and I have no idea what it will be anyway. I wish I could sleep for a week. Well, not a week as I have an appointment for head yanking on Tuesday. and must shop Sunday, and there are cats to be fed daily. I wish I could sleep ten hours or so, and without waking up groggy and out of sorts from too much sleep. But I doubt I will.
