Last Quarter Is Better Than No Quarter.

I spent most of today catching up with Monday, which I spent most of catching up with the weekend. Here's hoping I'm sufficiently caught up that Wednesday can be mostly just Wednesday.

The moon is in its last quarter tonight, and the day was not too hot. The house should be fairly cool by midnight and the moon should be rising then, so when I come back indoors after watching it I won't feel like I'm walking into an oven. Tomorrow will be the last day of July, and not a day too soon. August might bring its own hellishness, but at least July's is behind me. For the next few days I can start restoring the brain cells that were melted out of my head. With luck, this was the brain power low point of the year. I'd really like to start making a bit of sense again.
