The good soaking the ground got from the rain means I'll get a few more days when the foxtails will be fairly easy to pull up. I don't think it's going to give me any more dandelion greens, though. For some reason the dandelions are stunted this year. There are many of them, but none have leaves more than two inches long, and most of them have already bloomed and, in many cases, gone to seed. Last year's crop was much better.

Tomorrow I get my semi-annual tooth cleaning. The tooth that got the new crown a couple of months ago is still somewhat sensitive, so I'm not looking forward to the cold water being sprayed on it by the sonic screwdriver (or whatever that thing is they use now.) But then I get tamales for dinner. Soft.
