Red!

I haz two pomegranates (imagine insufferably cute kitten picture here.) I had to go all the way to Safeway to get them, but totally worth it. It isn't really autumn until I get pomegranates. And I was barely in time, as the recent winds almost completely stripped the dogwoods of their red leaves. They weren't around to enjoy for long this year. They usually last longer, but had barely turned their best color when the winds began. What with the last few days being so warm, and the dogwoods losing their leaves so early, it doesn't feel much like autumn at the moment. I'm going to break open a pomegranate and see what it can do to rectify this situation.
