For a couple of hours it looked as though we might get sprinkled on by some fairly impressive clouds that had quickly piled up, but toward evening they began to dissipate almost as rapidly as they'd formed, though they lingered long enough to let the setting sun paint them with vivid colors of light.
Later I heard a flock of geese flying by, but I'm still not convinced that winter won't come back. However, if it does, it will almost certainly not be this week. This is a good thing, as I've got loads of stuff needing to be done, and rain would interfere with much of it.
There was something else but I've forgotten it.
I wish Mondays— especially those at the beginning of a month— could be less hectic.
