The gray sky's failure to bring a proper rain is beginning to annoy me. Occasional drizzle doesn't count. Bring sunlight or rain, I say! Enough of this indecisive weather! Speculation now is that this situation is the result of a La Niña condition. At this latitude, that means there could be lots of rain this year, or very little rain this year but lots of gray sky. Drat overcast drought! But if there is rain it's apt to be warmer than usual, and thus do little for the Sierra snow pack. It would be better than nothing, though.
