Pleasantly Dull

Another gray day, this one featuring an uncommonly large assortment of woodpeckers, pecking at tree after tree all afternoon. If they'd peck at all the trees at once, they'd make quite a rhythm section. Then it drizzled a bit more and they went away, and before I knew it night fell.

Aside from this, nothing in particular happened. I sort of liked that.
