Scientific American suggests pee for your peas! Golden showers for your golden beets! A yellow stream for your yellow squash! I'd imagine you'd have to dilute it first, though. I know from experience that at full strength it's not the best thing for a lawn.

I'm not sure anyone would want to eat them if they knew what hose you'd used to water them...

Probably true, though many organic farmers and gardeners already use cow urine as a fertilizer. I suppose there are a lot of people who would draw the line at human urine.

On the other hand, in our star-struck culture if someone were to produce a line of fertilizers made from celebrity urine, they might make impressive profits from such items as, say, Scarlett Johansson cantaloupes or Jonas Brothers cucumbers.
